Customer Experience & Service Delivery Team

The Customer Experience and Service Delivery Team has been essential to ensuring that the Parliamentary estate is a COVID secure environment for Members and parliamentary staff. Having physically adapted the whole estate through signage, assessing office space and creating systems to ensure cleanliness and safety, their work has been critical to underpin the change in mentality required by all users of the estate to keep each other safe. Through introducing innovative ways of working, the team has helped everyone adapt to the necessary changes while adapting their services to the needs of Members and staff.
