UK Parliament Digital Service

The Parliamentary Digital Service has performed outstanding work in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and have enabled the democratic workings of the House to continue. From the creation of two remote voting systems for both Houses, to the establishment of virtual proceedings and Select Committee meetings, the team has worked hard to effectively implement remote ways of working. The team has been patient, helpful and knowledgeable when helping peers get to grips with using new technologies and are always available to help Members with queries no matter how trivial, while delivering relevant training sessions to support use of new platforms and maximise effectiveness of remote working.
